Asoen Bridal have adopted the following policy to explain our practices relating to the Ordering Process, Return policy/Order cancellation, Shipping Policy, Product prices, information we collect, and the information you provide to us, through your completion of a registration… or other form in one of our retail stores, and from your visit to and use of Web sites, and other mobile applications, content and services (collectively, the “Service”) we make publicly available.

1. Ordering Process

+Method 1: CuCstomers can purchase and order directly at the showroom/store at 110-112, 3/2 Street, District 10, Ward 12, Ho Chi Minh City.

+Method 2: Customers order products or samples directly from the Asoen Bridal website. Asoen Bridal will have staff available for contact through phone, email, facebook, viber, zalo, etc…

You will be guided through detailed instructions from Asoen Bridal.

Customers will receive their orders within 10 days to 1 month.

(For retail customers, if you need your order urgently, we will process your order within 10 days or sooner depending on your chosen model.)

2. Return policy/Order cancellation

+For ordered items: Customers may change some patterns on a product they ordered, but this may incur a fine.

+For available goods: Asoen Bridal cannot refund when the customer has made a purchase decision. (We may change some details on the product at the customer’s discretion and may charge a fine if you change any details on the product.

+ If you want to cancel an order, you will lose your deposit and be charged 30% of the total order value.

+Products which have been bought can be exchanged free of charge or returned (however, we may assess your request and possibly incur extra costs).

3. Shipping Policy

Asoen Bridal uses air or road transport services through express couriers by trustworthy shipping companies.

Shipping charges should be paid by the customer.

4. Customer protection policy

The information provided by the customer at namtuyen.com is only to help us complete your order in the fastest time; the information will be kept secret.

   5 . Form of payment

+For customers: 30% deposit on the total value of orders and payment after receiving good(s)/product(s).

For first time renters (domestic), customers must deposit 50% of total value of all payment orders and the remaining 50% after delivery.

+For customers ordering products/goods: The first deposit must be 50% of the total order value and the rest should be paid after receiving goods.

6. Product prices

+The price of each product depends on the design and materials that the customers choose.

7. Promotions

+Customers will receive promotion notice if available; subscribe to get notified on new product designs via email on website: namtuyen.com

8. Viewing order status

Customers can track their orders at any time if they are registered on namtuyen.com

9. Account Management

Sau khi đăng nhập vào tài khoản, khách hàng có thể theo dõi mọi thông tin về giá cả, sản phẩm yêu thích, thông tin cá nhân, địa chỉ nhận hàng, mật khẩu…

Once logged into an account, customers can track all information about prices, favourite products, personal information, mailing, passwords, etc…
